We teach regular Sugarcraft and Cake Decorating classes, as well as private lessons, to both beginner and advance students.
Group lessons are limited to a maximum of 6 students in order to ensure that each student gets the assistance they may require. Students of all skills are taught in the same class; this has the advantage for the beginners, not only do they have my input, but they also get input from their class mates. Advanced students gain from this by sharing their skills with others and growing in confidence in their own abilities.
Private Lessons are generally tailored to suit the students personal requirements, and have a minimum duration of 3 hours.
All students are supplied with comprehensive notes, as well as all use of all the equipment needed during the lesson and all consumables.
Tea and coffee are provided.
